The Pacific Aviation Museum’s newest aircraft exhibit was blessed tonight during a sneak preview for dignitaries and Korean War veterans.

MiG Alley will open to the public next Friday, commemorating the 60th anniversary of the Korean War. It can be seen on the museum’s “Aviator’s Tour.”

The exhibit adopts the moniker American pilots in the Korean War gave northwestern North Korea, where they often fought soviet MiG-15 aircraft. In the exhibit, a U.S. Air Force F-86 Sabre jet is mounted in a takeoff position, and a MiG-15 is suspended overhead.
