A Honolulu businessman reviewing his new video surveillance system yesterday discovered that a man had entered the second floor of the business on Oct. 9 and removed two video surveillance cameras mounted on the ceiling, police said.

The 39-year-old suspect returned to the business at 1:15 p.m. yesterday and was identified by a maintenance worker who recognized him from the surveillance video.

Police arrested the man for investigation of burglary in the second degree.
