United, Delta, American Offer Japan-Flight Waivers After Quake

United Airlines, Delta Air Lines Inc. and American Airlines are waiving fees for passengers to rebook flights to Japan at least through March 14 after an 8.9- magnitude earthquake.

United, based in Chicago, and Atlanta-based Delta offered waivers for flights planned through March 15, while Forth Worth, Texas-based American won’t charge fees on trips through March 14, the carriers said on their websites. Hawaiian Airlines, based in Honolulu, is offering a waiver through March 18.
