Michele Santos leads a hot yoga class at Sun Yoga Hawaii in the Aina Haina Shopping Center. The session is kept at 99 degrees with infrared heat, which Santos says can increase oxygen levels and improve circulation. Adding heat to yoga can also help stretch muscles and tendons and prevent injury.
