The Red Bull Thre3Style competition to name the best open-format DJ in the world, starts in the U.S. this month in more than 25 markets including Hawaii.

Prizes include cash and a ticket to the Red Bull Thre3style World Finals in November and national judges include Jazzy Jeff, Z-Trip and A-Trak.

Reigning champion Four Color Zack of Seattle, Wash., leveraged the notoriety of the win into a steady flow of jobs across the country. He will participate in judging this year’s competition in several cities.
