Schofield issues noise alert for artillery exercises
Army officials have issued a noise advisory for Schofield Barracks, saying residents “in the immediate vicinity” of the base may experience periodic increases in noise during daylight hours between Thursday and Feb. 20 because of artillery exercises.
The 25th Infantry Division’s field artillery units will be conduct field exercises using its cannons, the Army said.
