Man charged after allegedly threatening 4 teenagers in Kahuku
Prosecutors charged a 23-year-old Kaimuki man after he allegedly threatened four teenagers in a Kahuku residential neighborhood Tuesday.
Joshua Llanos was charged Thursday with four counts of first-degree terroristic threatening.
Police said Llanos allegedly threatened three 17-year-old boys and a 16-year-old boy with a dangerous instrument.
Police arrested him Wednesday afternoon.
His bail was set at $30,000.
