UPDATE: A jury found Stephanie Pena not guilty of all charges in August 2013.

A 23-year-old Aiea woman was charged Thursday for allegedly holding a knife to her daughter’s neck Feb. 25 in a dispute with her 36-year-old husband.

Police initially arrested Thursday Stephanie Pena on suspicion of first-degree terroristic threatening, but she was charged with second-degree terroristic threatening. Her bail was set at $2,000.

Police said Pena allegedly led the couple’s 3-year-old daughter downstairs and allegedly held a kitchen knife to her neck until her husband relented and gave in to what she wanted.
