Paramedics took a 64-year-old woman to the hospital in serious condition after a head-on collision in Waipahu Sunday night.
The collision happened at about 9:20 p.m. near the intersection of Kamehameha Highway and Lumiaina Street, according to an Emergency Medical Services report.
