Woman arrested for allegedly burglarizing neighbor’s apartment


Police arrested a 63-year-old Waialae woman who allegedly burglarized her neighbor’s apartment Monday night.

The 52-year-old man came home about 9:45 p.m. Monday and found someone had rummaged through his bedroom and money was missing, police said.

The man confronted his next-door neighbor who admitted to entering his apartment and taking his money, police said.

Police arrested the woman on suspicion of first-degree burglary.
