Man nearly drowns in Keehi Lagoon
A 53-year-old man was transported to an area hospital in critical condition Sunday after nearly drowning in waters off Sand Island Access Road.
The incident occurred just before 3 p.m. in Keehi Lagoon near the La Mariana Sailing Club.
