A teenage boy was seriously injured Saturday night in an all-terrain-vehicle crash in Waikane, Emergency Medical Services said.
EMS said the 15-year-old was involved in an ATV crash in the mountains and was taken in a pick up truck to paramedics waiting on Waikane Valley Road.
The teen was taken to a trauma center in serious condition just after 7 p.m.
