Honolulu police reopened Ewa-bound lanes of Kamehameha Highway near the pedestrian overpass to Aloha Stadium after traffic investigators completed their exanination of the scene of an accident early this morning.
The closure was reported at about 2:11 a.m. near the split with the Moanalua Freeway. Lanes reopened at 5 a.m.
Police diverted traffic to Moanalua Road.
The Honolulu traffic incidents website reports a motor vehicle collision there at about 1:10 a.m.
No other information was immediately available.
