Farrington Highway lanes reopened following water valve repair

Water service was restored to six customers in Waianae early this morning after Board of Water Supply crews completed repairs to a leaking valve on Farrington Highway.

The leak to the 4-inch valve near Halike Place was reported around 9:15 p.m. Thursday, according to water officials. Repairs were completed at 3:15 a.m.

All westbound lanes of Farrington Highway have been reopened as crews completed roadway repairs at 6:35 a.m.
