Kalihi man charged with sexually assaulting girl, 14
A 21-year-old Kalihi man was charged Friday with sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl multiple times over the last year.
According to police, John Swoboda assaulted the girl three times between Aug. 1, 2012, and June 22, 2013.
Swoboda was arrested on Thursday and charged Friday with three counts of first-degree sexual assault. His bail was set at $50,000.
