LANCASTER, Calif. >> Two men have been arrested for allegedly kidnapping a Lancaster teen who authorities say was tortured with cigarettes and cut with samurai swords.

Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies say Ston Lee and Skoth Ly were arrested Thursday and booked for investigation of kidnapping, torture and cultivating marijuana. They were being held on $100,000 bail.

Authorities say an 18-year-old man was kidnapped Sept. 25 in Lancaster and was tortured. He was later released. Investigators say the victim knew his kidnappers, but the motive wasn’t made available.

A search warrant was served at Ston Skoth Martial Arts Academies where several samurai swords were recovered.
