Re-use Hawai'i is deconstructing two Kahala properties formerly owned by Japa­nese billionaire Gen­shiro Kawa­moto. Keale Peahi breaks through the exterior stucco to prepare for removing a panel of windows at one of the mansions. Metal items like window frames are kept intact and resold.
