This composite satellite image shows a low pressure system north of Oahu that is bringing rain clouds up from the south over Oahu. Another band of clouds is near the Big Island.

The National Weather Service canceled a flood advisory for Oahu after heavy rains near Kunia eased and thunderstorms south of the island stayed offshore.

But forecasters say more rains are possible, especially on the Big Island today.

Snow could also fall on Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa.

Winds are also shifting to the south and the Kona winds will bring muggy and voggy weather.

Forecasters said there is a 70 to 80 percent chance of rain today in Honolulu.

Today, skies should clear for all islands except for the Big Island, but winds will remain light through Friday, when trade winds should finally return.
