Cars and tents brave the rain two hours before kickoff of the 2014 Pro Bowl at the Aloha Stadium parking lot.

A cold front that brought rainy weather to the Pro Bowl Sunday and is bringing scatted showers to the stare this afternoon and could bring heavy showers to all islands tonight.

Skies will be mostly cloudy tonight. Winds will be breezy from the northeast behind the cold front, blowing at 15 to 25 mph, with gusts up to 40 mph tonight.

Leftover moisture from the cold front and unstable atmospheric conditions could bring heavy rain to Honolulu late tonight into Tuesday. Forecasters say there’s a slight chance of thunderstorms.

Winds and rains could be stronger on the Big Island, where there is a high wind warning for the summits.

The breezy winds are expected to continue until Wednesday.

A new cold front is forecast to move in later in the week, bringing more rain this weekend.
