Maui police seek man who robbed Bank of Hawaii in Kihei

    Maui County Police released security camera images of a suspect in the robbery of the Kihei Safety Bank of Hawaii branch on Sunday.

Maui police are looking for a man who allegedly robbed a Bank of Hawaii location in Kihei on Sunday afternoon.

According to police, the suspect approached a Bank of Hawaii counter located in a Safeway store and handed a teller a note demanding money.

The suspect fled the store with an undisclosed amount of money.

Anyone with information regarding the incident is asked to call CrimeStoppers at 808-242-6966 or Maui Police Department Detective Randy Esperanza at 808-244-6400.
