Honolulu police are asking for the public’s help in finding a 31-year-old man wanted in the fatal stabbing of a homeless man last month in Kailua.

Robert Roediger-Geauque is a suspect in the stabbing death of Scott MacMillan, 37, who was killed in a stairwell on Jan. 13.

Police said MacMillan was found at 11:41 p.m. at 333 Uluniu St. with multiple stab wounds. He was taken to the hospital where he died.

Roediger-Geauque is described as 5 feet 5 inches tall, with a Hawaiian islands tattoo on the back of his left leg. Police said he is possibly carrying a backpack and a skateboard with no wheels. He is known to frequent the Honolulu, Wahiawa, Windward, Kalihi, and Waikiki areas.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call CrimeStoppers at 955-8300 or *CRIME from a cell phone.
