Woman charged with assault in Nuuanu stabbing

Police have charged a 29-year-old Kalihi woman with assault for allegedly stabbing a 42-year-old man during an argument in Nuuanu Friday.

Brandie A. Bohol was charged with second-degree assault Sunday. Her bail was set at $50,000.

Police said Bohol and the victim argued at 10 p.m. Friday when Bohol allegedly stabbed the man multiple times with a dangerous instrument.

Officers initially arrested Bohol for suspicion of second-degree attempted murder.
