After a five-month investigation, Honolulu Traffic Division officer arrested 21-year-old woman in connection with an accident at on the mauka side of Pearlridge Center that critically injured a man waiting for a bus.

The incident occurred Oct. 26 near Moanalua Road and Ualo Street at about 12:45 p.m., Police said the woman’s vehicle was involved in a separate crash and veered into the a 21-year-old man, who fell over a railing.

The 21-year-old woman was also injured and taken to the hospital in serious condition.

She was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of first-degree negligent injury.
