A man seen throwing rocks at an Aiea apartment complex allegedly pulled a knife and threatened a 56-year-old man who came out to confront the 32-year-old suspect about the rock throwing, police said.
The incident happened at about 4:30 a.m. Sunday.
Police were called and arrested the suspect.
