Crime reduction effort in Kalihi leads to 140 arrests
An operation to reduce crime in Kalihi led to 140 arrests and 115 citations over the weekend, Honolulu Police said Tuesday.
Officers arrested suspects for outstanding warrants, promoting detrimental drugs, and drinking and driving. Police also issued nearly 115 citations, including speeding tickets and driving without a license.
