    The mayor is expected to announce he will seek bike-plan funding

The second in the latest series of community town hall meetings by Mayor Kirk Caldwell and his administration takes place from 6:30-8 p.m. Thursday at the Ala Wai Golf Course Ballroom.

Caldwell and his top aides will discuss priorities, including the latest on sewer projects, bus service improvements, park upkeep and efforts to address homelessness.

Upcoming meetings, all of which will also run 6:30-8 p.m., are scheduled for: May 8, Waimanalo District Park; May 13, Ewa Elementary School and May 28, Nanaikapono Elementary School in Nanakuli.

The first in this third series of Caldwell town hall gatherings was held April 21 in Mililani.

Tonight’s meeting will be broadcast live on ‘Olelo Channel 55. The following three meetings will be broadcast live on ‘Olelo Channel 49.
