Woman, seen on video, is charged with Manoa burglary
A 19-year-old woman is charged with first degree burglary after she was caught on video surveillance cameras allegedly burglarizing a Manoa residence, police said.
The incident happened on Saturday at 7:28 a.m.
Police arrested the suspect at 6:50 p.m. Saturday.
She was charged on Tuesday. Bail was set at $20,000.
