Honolulu police closed the intersection of Kuala and Acacia streets following an accident early Thursday morning.
Honolulu Police are investigating a crash near the Pearl City Walmart on Thursday morning that left a 22-year-old man in critical condition.
The accident happened near the intersection of Kuala and Acacia streets near the Pearl Highlands Center at about 4:19 a.m.
Paramedics took the 22-year-old man to the hospital in critical condition and a 20-year-old man was in serious condition after their car hit a pole, according to an Emergency Medical Services report.
Honolulu police closed the area as Traffic Division officers investigated the crash.
The roads reopened by 8:10 a.m.
