Krystal Pascua put home the golden goal in the 103rd minute to give the Hawaii soccer team a 2-1 win over UC Riverside in double overtime on Sunday night at Waipio Peninsula Soccer Stadium.

UH improved to 6-6 overall and 1-1 in the Big West Conference heading into two road matches in the coming week.

UCR (5-4-3, 0-1-1) got on the board first in the 79th minute on a cross from Blanca Barrio to Tyler Cunningham.

The Rainbow Wahine equalized just 25 seconds later when Storm Kenui put home a ball in a crowded 18-yard box. It was her team-best fifth goal of the season.

Pascua’s goal was her fourth of the season, tying her career high. It was her second overtime winner of the season; she did it against Seattle in nonconference play.
