An early voting sign is placed on the grass at an early voting celebration outside of Jackson Memorial Hospital, on the first day of early voting in Miami. The millions of votes that have been cast already in the U.S. presidential election point to an advantage for Hillary Clinton in critical battleground states, as well as signs of strength in traditionally Republican territory.

WASHINGTON >> Millions of votes that have been cast already in the U.S. presidential election point to an advantage for Hillary Clinton in critical battleground states. Data compiled by The Associated Press also show signs of Democratic strength in traditionally Republican territory.

The strong early-voting turnout by those likely to support Clinton could leave Donald Trump with virtually no path to the 270 electoral votes needed for victory.

Clinton is showing strength in Florida and North Carolina, both must-win states for Trump, as well as the battleground states of Nevada, Colorado and Arizona. There are even favorable signs for Clinton in Republican-leaning Utah and Texas.

Early voting is underway in 37 states. More than 12.5 million votes have been cast, far higher than the rate in 2012.

Our gov’t idiot/sellouts have been doing to us like the frog in the pan that gets boiled as it doesn’t realize the water is temp. rising. Trump is turning off the stove and removing the frog and going to put all the rich cats in the same pan, only the water will already be boiling.

Yes, it’ll be interesting to hear what Mr. Trump’s attorneys have to say in his Dec. 16th court date in Federal Civil court where he is to respond to the $100 million suit accusing him of raping a 13 year old.

        • dragoninwater says:

Reading tabloid sensationalism again? BTW, on May 2, a U.S. District judge ordered the entire lawsuit thrown out. Nice try though, but if you’re going to spread sensationalism at least post some facts.

        • Cellodad says:

Gee Dragginginthewater. If you had read further, you would have seen that the California suit was dismissed for technical filing reasons including an invalid address in the complaint. The suit was amended and re-filed in New York. There is a status hearing on Dec. 16th in NYC where attorneys for Mr. Trump will need to appear. The complaint and affidavits are available in their entirety on Scribd and are pretty disgusting reading.

          https://www.scribd.com/doc/316341058/Donald-Trump-Jeffrey-Epstein-Rape-Lawsuit-and-Affidavits

        • dragoninwater says:

Gee cellulite-dad, you just admitted that this is a frivolous filing “the address listed on the paperwork leads to an abandoned property, and the phone number goes straight to voicemail.” per the judges statement when he threw out the case.

Filing a lawsuit with bogus correspondence is just that, bogus.
Secondly, the attorney whom filed this lawsuit lawsuit doesn’t really seem to exist either. The only Thomas Francis Meagher esq that seems to exist is a patent attorney. So the plaintiff must have hired the late famous Thomas Francis Meagher https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thomas_Francis_Meagher to represent them in court. LMAO

Nice try again, but if you would have done the slightest bit of due diligence and called the law firm/lawyer at the fake (609) 558-1500 CINGULAR WIRELESS PCS number you’d realize it goes right to voicemail just like the first fraudulent lawsuit filed.

        • klastri says:

dragoninwater – It might help to stop lying.

Judge Ronnie Abrams has slated an initial status conference in the civil lawsuit for 16 December in a New York district court.

        • dragoninwater says:

klastri, I was referring to Thomas Francis Meagher, a patent lawyer from Princeton, New Jersey that supposedly filed this filing as noted at the link below and not the prior rejected filing. https://www.scribd.com/doc/316341058/Donald-Trump-Jeffrey-Epstein-Rape-Lawsuit-and-Affidavits

Can you post the link to verify this lawyer? You do realize that the only Thomas Francis Meagher esq registered with the State Bar of NY is only a patent lawyer. How many patent lawyers have you run accross speacializing rape cases? LOL Shouldn’t the NY District Attorney be prosicuting Trump as statutory rape is a criminal felony? LOL

Only phone number listed for him is the one cell phone in the filing which also goes straight to voicemail with no greeting. Maybe he too has a law degree like yourself from Trump University. You should get in touch with him and both of you can file a class action suit for getting a shill law degree from Trump University which ironically happens to be owned your nemesis Donald Trump, in case you didn’t realize that. LMAO

Klastri, if you knew anything about the law I would give you some credit but you obviously are a shill like the woman filing this bogus suit.

        • dragoninwater says:

Ohh Klastri, I forgot to mention one thing as I looked up the case in the system. Looks like you and cellodad both have intentionally left out the fact that this case has been voluntarily dismissed by the plaintiff! Another fraud busted! Thanks for playing the game, it was fun but looks like you both are shill lawyers that couldn’t lookup a court case if your life depended on it. I really feel sorry for your clients that you’ve both ripped off. Really pathetic when you both expose your lies defaming others with sheer lies.

Read and weep as you can read the dismissal…

          https://www.unitedstatescourts.org/federal/nysd/459083/9-0.html

        • hawaiikone says:

Whether the suit is refiled or not, I’d like to see an investigation reveal exactly what’s happened throughout this process. If the charges are true, I hope Trump serves hard time. If not, I hope the causations behind this are fully disclosed.

        • dragoninwater says:

hawaiikone, read the last comment I made to Kastri. The 2nd filed case was already dismissed! There are no other filings.

Secondly, you don’t seem to understand that a civil trial can not lead to an arrest as a civil trial is not a criminal trial so no one would ever be arrested even if found guilty in a civil trial. Only the DA can file criminal charges as rape with an underage person is automatically classified as statutory rape which is an automatic felony. There is no DA filing charges, there isn’t even a police report. The entire suite was a political shill to disrupt the focus from concentrating on national issues to mudslinging nonsense in this presidential race.

        • hawaiikone says:

Whoa, dragon, settle down. The process is ongoing. http://www.snopes.com/2016/10/11/status-conference-in-trump-lawsuit/
As I said, if this process, or another independent one, should verify these allegations, I’d hope Trump is somehow sent to prison. Period.
That said, like you, I strongly suspect this is all a fairy tale, which nevertheless has contributed to even further blacken Trump’s already dismal reputation. Perhaps I needed to more strongly emphasis my second point, which is that considering the ramifications of this election, I’d hope the truth behind this and other accusations comes forth. And by “truth”, I’m including any links, however well disguised, to any political party. Today’s media being what is, we cannot continue to simply lay the blame for chartering the future course of this nation on “overzealous” party supporters and unsubstantiated headlines.

        • hawaiikone says:

“awaiting moderation”? For “overzealous”? Are you kidding?

        • hawaiikone says:

Guess it’s not that. When it finally is “moderated”, take a guess..

The lying lady. Star Ad why not investigate the Clintons. Stories of her being bi-sexual, how she treated the secret service in a demeaning way, how they took furnitures and painting from the white house after billy stint was over, the Benghazi incident and not sending in people which resulted in 4 Americans dying maybe more. The Clinton Foundation, the pay for play. An ex president going up to the attorney general’s airplane to say hello and how things are going when he is a witness to the email scandal. The thought of having a lst man in the white house who is a sexual predator.

    • allie says:

The country can sigh in relief when Hillary is elected. The USA may have dodged a lethal suicidal bullet. How one earth does a fool like Trump get this far. He constantly threatens America, our savings, and our economy. He meant to run as a joke to enhance his brand and he never expected to have been taken seriously.

      • sarge22 says:

“If the ideals Alinsky espouses were actualized, the result would be social revolution,” the presidential nominee wrote in her college thesis.
With Hillary Clinton heading into the final stretch of her campaign for president, a couple of new movies are exploring her alleged mentor: Saul Alinsky.

At Wellesley College in 1969, Clinton, whose name was Hillary Rodham back then, wrote a 92-page thesis on Alinsky, the left-wing community organizer best known as the author of Rules for Radicals.

        • allie says:

so? I mean, Alinski was a patriot who wanted to make America better. And I wrote a freshman paper on Marx. Am I a Marxist?

      • Boots says:

Perhaps. But what will be more interesting is to see if republicans will have learned anything from this fiasco. I suspect the answer is no. They will probably just double down and pledge to just say no. After all, women should be seen and not heard when not being groped. Time will tell.

        • Boots says:

Well localguy, this incompetent fool Hillary is about to become the first woman president of the United States by a large majority. You should be asking why did republicans nominate an incompetent clown to run for president? Was he actually a democratic plant? 🙂

        • Keolu says:

The democrats also nominated an incompetent clown to run for president.

        • dragoninwater says:

Haaa, so you’re saying if Hilary wins and Bill moves into the White House with her it’s ok for Bill to rape fresh young interns?

The groping you speak of has been nothing but false accusations from every single woman that accused Trump so far, many have already retracted their claims per other news sources. Bill on the other hand, has been found guilty and he’s salivating like a fox and waiting for his opportunity to enter the chicken coop all over again for another round of real raping of fresh young female interns. Go ahead and support a convicted serial rapist’s wife whom stood by him and defended him the last time he was caught.

        • amela says:

dragoninwater, why talk about Bill do you think Trump isn’t salivating too? Donald would hire all those good looking ladies from Fox News to his staff.

        • dragoninwater says:

amela, hiring good looking ladies to perform work is not the same as raping them. There is nothing wrong or illegal with hiring attractive people. What was your point?

      • localguy says:

How does an utterly incompetent fool like Hillary get this far? Whining after years of government service she had no clue about government Information Security (INFOSEC) to the point she saw nothing wrong with a home server.

She said she turned over all her emails, deleted some. Now we find out there were multiple copies of her email files on different machines. Now she says she has no clue about this. Really?

Fact is she has too may unexplained errors, expects us to believe endless excuses. Give us a break.

      • beachbum11 says:

How did the bigger joker lier get this far?

    • amela says:

      Who you talking about Ryan?

  2. 64hoo says:

another B.S. story by the AP and S.A. printing it, they don’t know who these people are voting for, the news media is trying to discourage trump voters from voting to make them think that Hillary has won the election, so they don’t go and vote for trump, but they have a rude awakening because all the trump voters are going to turn out and vote for trump, so its possible trump might win the presidency because the people can see right through the B.S. that the AP and S.A. are writing, that’s what the media is trying to do.

    • AhiPoke says:

The news media is also ignoring the fact that Obama sent emails to Clinton’s email account using an alias to avoid detection. It’s now clear that Clinton wasn’t indicted to protect the president. Wasn’t it the coverup that got Nixon in trouble? How times have changed. Now the FBI is involved in the coverup.

      • amela says:

Ahipoke you think they are the only ones who’s done this? Wikileaks should release the Republican’s emails then all things would be equal right? By the way I love ahi poke.

        • AhiPoke says:

You and many others ignore just about anything that Clinton does with the reasoning that everyone else has done it. So does she have a blank check to lie? At what point do we as a nation say enough? Do you also absolve the Clintons of laundering money through their foundation? Now there is clear evidence, through Wikileaks, of Bill involved in a scheme to redirect about $100M to himself. I understand and agree that Trump is despicable but IMO the Clintons are longtime cheats who will sell this country for personal wealth.

    • Ikefromeli says:

Sir, a mind is a terrible thing to waste–go back and finish intermediate school.

As to your question–Historically, early voting has favored the Democrats in some key states, and in 2008 35 percent of votes are cast before the election according to the Associated Press. That’s up from 22 percent in 2004.

In 2008, for example, Barack Obama won 58 percent of the pre-election day votes to Sen. John McCain’s 40 percent and managed to win Colorado, Florida, Iowa and North Carolina even though on election day more people in those states voted for Senator McCain – which speaks to the overall enthusiasm young and minority American Democrats felt for Obama.

In short, from a data perspective, it is more than proven early voting greatly favors Ds.

      • DeltaDag says:

The problem with any form of early voting is the fact that new information hits fast and hard these days. An early voter may have cast a vote for a candidate who, on November 7th, may be exposed by mass media to be a thief, a blatant and habitual liar, a domestic abuser, an illicit drug user, a child porn collector or what-have-you. Not saying such would make any difference to the party faithful of whatever stripe.

  3. klastri says:

Thanks again to all the people here who helped to make Donald Trump the Republican nominee.

You have helped destroy the Republican Party, and guaranteed a win for Mrs. Clinton.

    • dragoninwater says:

Even if HiLiary wins, you’re still going to get S_C_R_E_W_E_D by her. Believing the fallacy that somehow you stand to benefit from her policies only shows your sheer incompetence of understanding who the president actually serves.

Someday you’ll locate your hyphen key.

      • Boots says:

Yes we will be screwed all right. We will now hopefully get a 9th judge to the SC after republicans stopped doing their job. I wish Hillary would appoint Michael Obama to the SC.

      • klastri says:

You’re wrong, but you’re wrong a lot. I stand to benefit from competent management in the White House. The alternative is a 10 year-old bully who never grew up and doesn’t know anything. Plus, he’s a psychotic. There’s that too. Not a difficult choice.

        • allie says:

Agree with Klastri. Truth is, Hillary has been subject to a record number of intensive investigations and has never been charged with a crime much less found guilty of anything. The hysterical claims against her by the “new” Republican Party are bizarre.

        • beachbum11 says:

Will you too be moving if he gets in? Or after 4 years of Hillary will you be moving?

        • dragoninwater says:

hahaha, klastri, you crack me up claiming that you stand to benefit from competent management in the White House. Maybe you will when you get the chance to stand in Monica Lewinski’s shoes after Bill greets you at the door and rapes you in his private office.

        • klastri says:

dragoninwater – Your comments always make sense. Like this one!

You are definitely a Trump supporter!

      • amela says:

dragon, I’d take my chances with Hillary anytime at least we have a chance to be the country we’re suppose to be and not be led by a delusional dictator who praises himself all the time. So if he falls which is certain he won’t take the blame as usual and blame everything and everybody else, I bet you. Can’t be accountable for anything.

    • Boots says:

I am glad that the Donald is the republican nominee. Sure beats Jeb. Republicans are just bankrupt as a party.

    • kuroiwaj says:

Morning Klastri, well 12 days to go. I’ll be watching Titans this afternoon, potentially better end result for Marcus Mariota and the Titans. Oh, it’s exciting that with less than two weeks before the General Election, the Country remains tied between Mr. Trump and Ms Clinton. We can pick our poll to prove our position, but reality, no one knows. At this time in the campaign, we are truly tied. I never expected it. Really, with the Clinton Machine, it was to be a blow out, yet Mr. Trump is hanging around and could pull out a 270 electoral vote majority and become the President of the United States of America. Best on the election outcome. You on one side, and me on the other. And, to continue our ideology from different positions.

      • klastri says:

She already has 272 electoral votes wrapped up with double digit leads.

        Enjoy your fantasy.

        • kuroiwaj says:

IRT Klastri, please, you and the main stream media are basing the 272 electoral votes on irregular polls, which are not cast in stone. Remember, polls are only a snapshot of time, and there are some 12 days of early voting and polling place voting on Nov. 8th. The final tally will show the outcome. You or I can only speculate. After November 8, we both shall know. And, I don’t have any fantasy on the outcome. Only that I do support Mr. Donald J. Trump for President of the United States, to truly “Make America Safe and Great Again”.

        • kuroiwaj says:

Oh Klastri, third quarter, Titans 33, Jaguars 8. Marcus Mariota doing great. Now, back to the game.

    • beachbum11 says:

And he she loss’s will tell us who you realy are? And if you are a real attorny when then can check your background.

  4. 962042015 says:

Of course she’s ahead, dead people, fake people, felons, illegals, and millions of others all vote donkeycrap.

    • MillionMonkeys says:

Surprise! Lying Donald has fooled you onto the wrong path. So has the conservative media. So has the GOP, which has pushed endless investigations into anything and everything Hillary Clinton has been involved with. Very irresponsible to waste taxpayers’ money and everyone’s time with politically motivated accusations that are so far removed from reality.

If you believed (1) the birther theory, (2) Hillary did something evil/criminal (instead of just careless) with her private server email, (3) that Trump knows more than all the generals, and (4) that he knows how to lead…. you should learn to take in information with a rational, reasonable mind.

If you can’t improve your thinking, You should NOT be allowed to vote!

    • MillionMonkeys says:

And that tin hat conspiracy theory about dead people voting, etc., is absolutely ridiculous. Blind Trump followers, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES!!!

    • amela says:

962042015 if you believe all that voter fraud propaganda you should move out of the US and see what fraud really is. Thought I saw something like 200 out of a couple 100 million votes, wow that’ll make a difference.

  5. Ikefromeli says:

Buahahahah, cricket crew, it’s over befere it even really started, but y’all knew that right?????

    Pau.

  6. ConsiderThis says:

I guess she is going to use the clinton foundations billions to bribe the electors of the electoral college system.

    • Ikefromeli says:

Huh, electors??? The electors are the voters in each state?!? Please, whatever it takes, please finish intermediate school.

      • dragoninwater says:

Contrary to popular belief, voters do not actually elect the president.

Voters are merely indicating a preference for president, but the task of actually electing the president falls to 538 individual electors to the US Electoral College.

        What is the Electoral College?

To put it simply, each state is assigned a number of electors to the Electoral College, based on that state’s delegation to the United States Congress.

        There are 50 states.

Each state has two members of the US Senate, so there are 100 senators.

There are 435 members of the US House of Representatives, who are appointed by state on the basis of population, with each state having a minimum of one.

Therefore, the least populous states, such as Alaska and Wyoming, send three members to Congress – two senators and one representative. Conversely, the most populous state, California, sends two senators and 53 representatives, for a total of 55.

California’s vote in the Electoral College is therefore 55.

This means that all 50 states send a total of 535 members to Congress.

To win the presidency, a candidate needs an absolute majority vote in the Electoral College, which is half plus one, or 270. This is why you will hear a lot about the magic number “270” on Election Day.

      • sarge22 says:

It’s over. Why are you still here? No need to vote it’s over. Democrats can stay home.

        • Boots says:

I am going to vote by mail. With 20 amendments, I didn’t want to have to stand in line. Unlikely I know but why take the chance?

  7. PMINZ says:

I pray that Clinton not get the vote, It has been proven that wron decision making has been made in the oast. Our secret information needs Not to be unprotected in the past.

    • Boots says:

I fully expect Hillary to win and win big. Hopefully she will end up with a democratic senate and house. It is a real shame that republicans have abandoned their traditions and are now just a party of No. Where are the Eisenhowers today? The Lincolns? No today we just have the Donald and fabulous Ted. lol

  8. retire says:

    Government has become irrelevant.

    • dragoninwater says:

Agree we need to outsource 99% of the incompetent government workers to India/Asia. At least we’ll pay less in taxes for sheer incompetence than US labor rates and immense future liabilities like pensions for the inept government workers.

  9. Boots says:

I will be glad when this election is finally over and sweet Hillary is president elect. I wonder if republicans will learn anything from this or continue their tradition of just doubling down?

    • dragoninwater says:

And just tell us how will we be better off with Hilary? More taxes, higher ObamaCare premiums, more pension benefits to inept government workers?

Come on Boots, get your boot out of your mouth and tell us how WE here on Gilligan’s Island will benefit from her policies.

  10. akkman says:

Well, I don’t like either candidate so I will not vote for either one. However, the lesser of evils is definitely Hillary Clinton. Despite that, I will not in good conscious vote for her either. I somehow feel that a large portion of Americans feel the way that I do. I will vote however, just not for President.

  11. wrightj says:

We must pick the lesser of the two evils – who is it?

  12. lunalilohi says:

Dishonest Donald and his blind mice. His Trump University lawsuit also starts in December. And his blind followers cannot figure out how “millions” of dead people voted in a Republican Senate and Republican House can they? Or were all those dead voters actually Republicans?Which means by logic they should not be in office. LOL blind mice!

  13. CEI says:

Oh no! Creepy Tim Kaine had to cancel a rally in Sarasota, FL. but no reason was given. I think I know why. There would have been 6 maybe 7 attendees and 5 of those would have been paid rent-a-mob types. They had to avid the embarrassment so they gave him the hook before he even took the stage. Be afraid democrats, be very afraid.
