Teenager found unresponsive in waters off Waikiki
Paramedics took a 17-year-old boy to a hospital in critical condition after he nearly drowned in waters off Waikiki Thursday night.
At approximately 11:15 p.m., paramedics responded to a report of a swimmer found unresponsive in the ocean off of Duke’s Waikiki at 2335 Kalakaua Ave., according to an Emergency Medical Services report.
Paramedics treated the 17-year-old boy and took him to the hospital.
