Mariota also rushed eight times for 38 yards and was a target on a halfback pass. Mariota’s completion percentage (30 percent) was the worst for a winning quarterback since Oakland’s JaMarcus Russell, who completed just 29.3 percent against the Kansas City Chiefs in 2009.
