Ammar Alnajjar, left, shook hands with his cousin, Fahd Alfakih, after coming into New York’s JFK International Airport on a flight from Istanbul, Turkey, today.

NEW YORK >> Travelers at New York’s Kennedy International Airport seem to be entering the United States undeterred a day after a federal judge blocked Donald Trump’s executive order banning people from seven mostly Muslim countries.

Speaking for a dozen attorneys monitoring arrivals tonight, Alan Kaplan told the Associated Press that no one under the ban Trump signed a week ago appears to have been detained. The lawyers say that’s a vast improvement over the high anxiety that filled airports worldwide as travelers were turned back.

On Friday, a Seattle federal judge temporarily blocked enforcement of Trump’s ban. The Department of Justice filed a notice Saturday to appeal the ruling in court.

In his executive order, Trump named seven countries as harboring potential terrorists: Iraq, Iran, Syria, Somalia, Sudan, Libya and Yemen.

The swamp is making it hard for Trump to drain. When we have a clean pool referencing our government, that will be the day that we know our leaders are working for the people and not for themselves.

Would you not think by doing this action for 90 days is a way to protect the American people. We are not made aware of all the problems in Europe due to the migrants flowing into that continent.

By “swamp” you are referring to the United States Constitution. The Court of Appeals just rejected Trump’s appeal of Senior Judge Robart’s stay of Trump’s unconstitutional Muslim ban.

Only traitors think the Constitution should be ignored. Mr. Trump took an oath to protect and defend it. He’s a liar and a psychotic.

      • Bumby says:

No. Wrong. Not referring to the constitution. Where did I mention the U.S. Constitution, please do not put words that were not written.

        • klastri says:

You referenced his Muslim ban. The Constitution is stopping him from enforcing that ridiculous effort.

Many countries don’t even have birth certificates much less social security numbers to track or use to vet their citizens. Many change their names at the drop of a hat.

I say they don’t vet anyone-it’s just fancy words used by politicians and bureaucrats.

        • latenightroach says:

Dems & Liberals keep twisting it to “Muslim ban”. It’s a travel ban from specified countries that are linked to terror groups. End of story.

People who are celebrating the halt on this travel ban, don’t cry for help if some infiltrated maniac comes charging after you with a vehicle, knife, gun, or machete yelling Allah Akbar. Take it like a champ.

        • klastri says:

latenightroach – It’s a Muslim ban. Mr. Guiliani confirmed that in a public statement.

Mr. Trump will end up regretting humiliating and insulting Mr. Guiliani by not giving him the cabinet nomination he had been begging for.

….Something Happens? Hold these Judges accountable! Simple as that!

Also We must remember. Muslims or whatever immigrants coming into our Country DO NOT HAVE RIGHTS according to the Constitution. These so called right belong specifically to it’s citizens. US Citizen. Got it?
