Communications Pacific is changing its look with a new name, new logo and new office.
The full-service communications agency has re-branded to CommPac, which is what it is already commonly called, and is moving to a new office beginning Monday on the 12th floor of the eleven50 Building (formerly Atlas) at 1150 S. King St., between Pensacola and Piikoi streets.
“The transition to CommPac is a logical change for us, since most people refer to the company that way already,” CEO Kitty Lagareta said Friday in a statement. “Our new logo features a design that represents dialogue and synergy as well as the slogan ‘Strategic collaboration & communications.’ On a daily basis, we work to connect our clients with people, opportunities, communities and other businesses to support their goals and objectives.”
CommPac offers media relations, marketing, issues and crisis management, community building, social media services, and a variety of communications training programs and workshops.
“Our work and our company are continuously changing, so we felt it was time to refresh our brand and change our office dynamics to reflect the evolution of our business,” Lagareta said. “We’re implementing some new workplace practices that will position us well for the future, while maintaining CommPac’s reputation for excellence and results. We will always be client-focused problem solvers.”
The company’s phone numbers and email addresses will remain the same. Its new address will be CommPac, eleven50 Building, 1150 S. King St., Suite 1200, Honolulu, HI 96814. Its phone number is 521-5391 and its website is commpac.com.
ON THE MOVE
CommPac has promoted and hired the following people:
>> Sherri Rigg has been promoted to vice president from director. She has retail, tourism and hospitality experience as well as managed the grand openings of more than 90 store locations and help launched Jamba Juice, Starbucks and P.F. Chang’s in Hawaii.
>> Francesca Weems has been promoted to senior account executive. She was an account executive for CommPac. Weems previously worked for Hawaii News Now and Mississippi News Now.
