Honolulu police are seeking the public’s help in finding a criminal duo that robbed the American Savings Bank in Walmart on Keeaumoku Street today.

Two men entered the bank at about 10:25 a.m., handed the teller a demand note, and ran away with an undisclosed amount of cash, police said. Police noted the suspects, both in their 40s, never mentioned nor showed a weapon. The taller of the overweight pair, a white-haired, blue-eyed man, wore a tan colored T-shirt, khaki shorts, and a baseball cap. He was 6 feet tall and 220 pounds.

His brown-haired and brown-eyed accomplice donned a black T-shirt and black long pants. He was 5-foot-8 and 200 pounds.

Anyone with information about the robbery or the twosome is asked to call CrimeStoppers at 955-8300 or *CRIME from a cell phone.
