A 21-year-old woman turned herself in at the Waianae police station after she allegedly intentionally struck two people with her car in Nanakuli.

At about 3 p.m. Sunday, police said a 28-year-old woman and 30-year-old man got into an argument with the suspect at the Pacific Shopping Mall. The argument escalated when the suspect drove her car into them.

Police said the suspect attempted to leave when she struck another vehicle, causing injuries to a 73-year-old woman. The suspect then fled.

Police said the two victims were released from the hospital.

Shortly before 6 p.m., the 21-year-old woman turned herself in at the police station where she was arrested on suspicion of two counts of second-degree assault, accidents involving substantial bodily injury and an outstanding traffic warrant.
