Two white terns such as this one have built a home on a balcony at the Hawaii State Art Museum, while waiting for their egg to hatch. The white tern is a threatened species and is quite urbanized, according to Jason Misaki, Oahu wildlife manager with the Department of Land and Natural Resources’ Division of Forestry and Wildlife.
