>> Doreen Tavai-Bright of U.S. Vets was shown in a Page A7 photo Monday. The photo caption misidentified her as Meg Gavin of Helping Hands Hawaii.
>> The capital of Fiji is Suva, not Nadi as was reported on Page D1 of Sunday’s Travel section. Also, on Page D3 of the section, a photo of Jefferson Hall at the University of Hawaii at Manoa was mislabeled as Kennedy Theatre.
>> Kelvin Taketa is CEO of the Hawai‘i Community Foundation, not chief operating officer as stated in an Island Voices column on Page E4 Sunday.
