A 28-year-old man surrendered to police today for allegedly asaulting a 43-year-old woman while seated in her car.
Police said the man spotted the woman, his ex-girlfriend, at a restaurant and allegedly entered her car and assaulted her at 10:35 a.m. April 8.
Police arrested the man on suspicion of first-degree (violent) unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle.
