Honolulu Fire Department investigators have classified the cause of the May 9 fire at Kahuku High School as undetermined.

The classification means that there is insufficient information to identify any single specific cause, according to HFD spokesman Capt. David Jenkins.

The fire was located in the school’s administrative building and resulted in $2,000 in damage to the building and its contents. No injuries were reported.
