>> Florence Miyano has two daughters, Lois Tselentis and Babs Miyano-Young, and a son, landscape designer Leland Miyano. A Page 16 story in the Sunday Magazine said Leland was the only child of Florence.

>> The name of the band Quadraphonix, which is accompanying the Iona Contemporary Dance Theatre in the production “Paint by Number,” was misspelled in both a Page 8 story in Friday’s TGIF section and in a correction on Page B2 Tuesday.

Clarification

>> State lawmakers awarded a $50,000 grant to Gilad Productions Ltd. in fiscal year 2014, but Gilad never received that money because the state Department of Health declined to release it. A Page A1 story Sunday reported the grant but not that the money was never received.
