At least three people died after a speeding vehicle traveling west bound on Farrington Hwy, near Old Fort Weaver Rd, rolled and crashed into a rail pillar on Thursday evening in Ewa. The vehicle caught fire and incinerated the occupants who were pronounced dead on the scene. HPD Lt. Andre Peters briefed the press at the scene of the accident as the investigation was underway.

A fatal car crash has closed Farrington between Kahi Mohala and the Queen’s Medical Center West tonight.

Three people died in a fiery single-car crash in Ewa Beach tonight.

Emergency Medical Services pronounced the three dead at the scene.

Police dispatch said the accident was reported at 8:02 p.m. at Farrington Highway and Old Fort Weaver Road.

Capt. David Jenkins of the Honolulu Fire Department said firefighters responded to a report of an overturned vehicle on fire.

Police closed Farrington between Kahi Mohala and the Queen’s Medical Center West as they investigated the cause of the crash.
