Woman arrested after man robbed in Nanakuli

Police arrested a 29-year-old woman in connection with a robbery that occurred in the Nanakuli area.

At about 6:30 a.m. Tuesday, police said the suspect allegedly threatened a 38-year-old man with an unspecified dangerous instrument. The suspect and the victim are acquaintances.

Police said the victim fled but a male suspect chased him and assaulted the victim with a dangerous instrument.

Police said the male suspect also took the victim’s personal belongings.

Emergency Medical Services responded and treated the 38-year-old man at the scene.

Officers arrested the 29-year-old woman in the Waianae area Wednesday afternoon on suspicion of first-degree robbery.

Police said the male suspect remains at large.
