>> Hawaii-based Island Insurance Co. was named one of the top 50 insurance companies nationwide by the Ward Group, an evaluator of industry performance. A business brief on Page B4 Wednesday said First Insurance Co. of Hawaii was the only Hawaii company to make the list.
