Kahumana Organic Farms’ Chanel Kaleikini tosses red rain mustard greens in a production area to loosen the greens and keep them from bruising. The red rain will be combined with kale, tatsoi, streaks, red amaranth, and other greens in their salad mix.

Shoop is also co-owner of Oahu Food Hub, where they aggregate, distribute and process locally grown foods. They also rent refrigeration and storage space to small food producers and chefs, and rent time in the kitchen to small-business producers who do not have their own commericial kitchens.
