Just in time for National Coloring Day on Thursday comes the release of “Coloring Nature in Hawai‘i” (Mutual Publishing, $14.95) by Honolulu artist Kelly Monis.
The 45 wonderfully detailed illustrations include a puaa (pig) peering through monstera leaves, reef scenes, aama crabs, a floral ipu — even centipedes and a cockroach!
