The Honolulu Medical Examiner has identified the bicyclist, who was fatally struck Wednesday by a dump truck in Kalihi, as Victorio Padilla.
Padilla was a 69-year-old Honolulu resident.
The Medical Examiner determined that Padilla died due to complications from multiple blunt force injuries due to a motor vehicle accident.
