Police on Wednesday arrested a 22-year-old man who allegedly violated a protective order and assaulted a 46-year-old woman in Waipahu.
Police arrested the man on suspicion of second-degree assault and violation of a protective order at 6:15 p.m.
The man allegedly assaulted and injured the woman at 5:30 p.m.
