Man injured in Salt Lake fight dies
A 36-year-old man who was injured in a fight in Salt Lake on Thursday has died.
The man was injured during a fight with another male at about 4:10 p.m. Thursday, police said.
An Emergency Medical Services report said the victim was apparently assaulted near Ala Ilima Street and taken to a hospital in critical condition.
Police said the victim later died, but they did not say when.
Police reclassified the case to a second-degree murder investigation. The suspect remained at large.
