A 20-year-old man who died after he was struck by a vehicle in Waialua has been identified as Manuel C. Dominguez of Honolulu.

The cause and manner of his death are pending, according to the Honolulu Medical Examiner’s Office.

At about 8:45 p.m. Saturday, police said a vehicle operated by a 66-year-old man was traveling west on Kaukonahua Road near Keakula Street when it struck a pedestrian identified as Dominguez.
